Types of notifications

Gig invitations

When you receive:
  • You’re assigned to a position on a gig
  • Someone invites you to participate
What you’ll see:
  • Gig title and date
  • Your assigned position
  • Performance fee (if specified)
  • Actions to respond

Invitation responses

When you receive:
  • A team member responds to your invitation (for admins/owners)
  • Someone accepts, declines, or marks tentative
What you’ll see:
  • Who responded
  • Their response
  • Gig affected

Gig updates

When you receive:
  • Details change on a gig you’re part of
  • Date, time, or location updates
  • Timeline modifications
What you’ll see:
  • What changed
  • New information
  • Link to view gig

Team changes

When you receive:
  • You’re added or removed from a gig
  • Someone else is assigned to your gig
  • Team configuration changes

Appear when you’re using Soundcheck:

  • Click to see recent notifications
  • Mark as read when viewed

Sent to your registered email:

When you receive an update:
  1. Review what changed — Note the modification and check if it affects you
  2. Take action if needed — Update your calendar, communicate with your team, adjust your plans
