Tours are gated by the tours feature. If you don’t see the Tours section at the top of your Gigs board, contact support to enable it.
Where tours appear
Tours show up as collapsible folder rows at the top of the Gigs board, under a Tours heading — but only in the list / card view (not the calendar or table views). Each folder row shows:- A color dot (or a route icon if you didn’t set a color)
- The tour name
- A gig count — “(3 gigs)”
- An inline finance preview — “4,500 payouts”
Creating a tour
1
Open New tour
From the Tours section at the top of the Gigs board, choose New tour.
2
Name it
Give the tour a name (required) — e.g. “Spring 2026 Tour.” A name is all you need to create it.
3
Add optional details
Optionally set a description, a start and end date, and a color to make the folder easy to spot on the board.
4
Create tour
Choose Create tour. The empty folder appears at the top of the board, ready for gigs.
Adding gigs to a tour
A gig belongs to one tour at a time. From a tour folder’s ⋯ menu you have two ways to fill it:- Add existing gigs
- New gig in tour
Choose Add existing gigs to open a picker of your current gigs. Search, check the ones you want, and confirm. A gig that’s already in another tour is fair game — selecting it moves it into this tour.
The financial roll-up
Expanding a tour shows three figures aggregated across all its gigs:
Totals are currency-aware — gigs are grouped by currency, and the tour shows its primary currency. This gives you a P&L view of a whole run in one place, instead of opening each gig’s Finances tab one at a time.
Managing a tour
From the folder’s ⋯ menu you can also Edit tour (rename, change dates or color) or Delete tour. Removing gigs never deletes them:- Remove one gig — expand the folder, hover the gig card, and click the × (Remove from tour). The gig detaches and returns to the ungrouped list; it isn’t deleted.
- Delete the whole tour — choose Delete tour and confirm. The folder is removed and its gigs return to the ungrouped list. The gigs themselves are untouched.
