Open inventory
- Go to CRM.
- Select Inventory.
- Search or filter items by status and availability.
Inventory records
Each item can include:- Name and description
- Category or type
- Availability status
- Condition notes
- Location notes
- Assignment history
Assign items
Inventory assignments connect an item to a gig, member, or operational use case so your team knows where it is expected to be. Use assignments for:- Gear checked out for a gig
- Sponsor assets allocated to an event
- Production items staged for transport
- Items temporarily held by a crew member
Return items
When an assigned item comes back, mark it as returned. Update condition notes if anything changed during the assignment.Directory actions
