Availability features appear for organizations with crew availability enabled.
Open your availability
- Select My Availability from the app header.
- Choose a date or date range.
- Mark yourself Available or Unavailable.
- Save the entry.
Availability types
| Type | Use it for |
|---|---|
| Available | Times you want schedulers to know you can work |
| Unavailable | Times you cannot accept work |
All-day entries
Use All day when your availability applies to the whole day. Soundcheck stores all-day entries as the full day and shows them as all-day blocks on crew calendars.Time windows
Use a start and end time when only part of the day is available or unavailable. Examples:- Available from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Unavailable before 3:00 PM
- Available for a morning rehearsal
Multi-day entries
You can select a date range. Soundcheck saves one availability entry per day so each day can be edited or removed later.Recurring availability is supported by the backend for existing data, but the current editor focuses on one-time and multi-day entries.
Responding to requests
