The Soundcheck mobile app is free to install. Your existing email + password, Google, or Apple sign-in works — no separate signup.

iOS

  1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Search for Soundcheck (by Soundcheck Live).
  3. Tap GetInstall.
  4. Open the app once installation finishes.
Requires a recent version of iOS. If the App Store won’t let you install, update iOS from Settings → General → Software Update.

Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Search for Soundcheck (by Soundcheck Live).
  3. Tap Install.
  4. Open the app from your launcher or the Play Store install screen.
Requires a recent version of Android. If Play won’t let you install, update Android from Settings → System → Software update.

First launch

When you open the app for the first time, you’ll see the sign-in screen.
1

Use the same method you used on the web — email + password, Google, or Apple (iOS only). New here? Tap Create account instead.
2

Choose your organization

If you belong to multiple organizations, pick which one to open first. You can switch later from the profile menu.
3

Grant permissions

The app will ask for a few permissions over time. See the next section for what each one is for.

Permissions Soundcheck asks for

You can change any of these later in your device’s system settings → Soundcheck.

Trouble signing in

Check your spam folder. Add noreply@soundchecklive.io to your contacts. If still nothing, request a new code from the sign-in screen.
Confirm you’re signed in to the right Google/Apple account on the device. If you previously signed up with email, you may need to sign in with email first and then link Google/Apple from your profile.
Open the profile menu → Switch organization. If the organization you expect isn’t listed, ask an owner to confirm your membership and re-send the invitation.

Updating the app

App updates ship through the App Store and Google Play. Enable automatic updates on your device so you stay current — older versions may stop receiving certain push notifications when the backend evolves.
