Gig attachments
Open a gig’s Details → Attachments to add working documents such as a stage plot, rider, parking map, or agreement completed through your existing signing process. Crew with access to the gig can use its attachments; uploading is subject to your gig permissions. Ordinary attachments do not send a signature request or extract operational records. The Assets page at/assets is the organization’s document hub: media, docs, PDFs, images, and other files uploaded for the team or for clients.
Assets is for organization owners in the web app. Members see attachments inside the gig they’re working, not at the org level.

Documents
Ordinary uploads and attachments are separate from E-sign and CheckAI. Attaching a contract PDF does not send a signature request or extract structured records. E-sign beta and CheckAI beta are Private Preview, available only to the existing beta tester group; signup, paid plans, upgrades, contacting support, and public demos do not grant access. Upload anything you want to keep alongside the organization: stage plots, contract templates, brand assets, rider PDFs. When the library has files, you can:- Preview in-browser for supported types (PDF, images, and other previewable formats).
- Download the original file.
- Delete with a confirmation prompt.
- Bulk-select for download or deletion.
N assets or N of M assets), not storage size. An empty Assets page does not hint preview, download, delete, or bulk actions.
Permissions
Opening Assets requires organization owner access (canManageOrganization in the web app). Without it, the page shows access denied.
