The Files page at /docs is the organization’s document hub. It holds three kinds of records in three tabs:
  • Documents — files an admin has uploaded for the team or for clients.
  • Submissions — files members submitted while onboarding (W-9s, headshots, technical riders).
  • Imports — runs of the operator data importer, when the flag is on.
Files is admin-only. Members see attachments inside the gig they’re working, not at the org level.

Documents

Upload anything you want to keep alongside the organization — stage plots, contract templates, brand assets, rider PDFs. For each document you can:
  • Preview in-browser for supported types (PDF, images, common Office formats).
  • Download the original file.
  • Delete with a confirmation prompt.
Documents can be bulk-selected for download or deletion. The total size shows in the toolbar so you can keep an eye on storage.

Submissions

When new members go through organization onboarding, anything they upload (W-9, ID photo, signed agreement) lands here. The Submissions tab is where you review and archive those records — same preview / download / delete actions as Documents.
Pair Submissions with the onboarding flow at Organization → Onboarding to keep new-member paperwork in one place.

Imports

When the imports feature is on, the Imports tab lists every operator-data import job for the organization with its status (PARSED, MAPPED, PREVIEWED, COMMITTED, FAILED) and result counts. Click a row to resume the wizard or to drill into the per-row outcomes for a completed job. See Operator data imports for the full workflow.

Permissions

The Files page requires admin access. Within the page, deletion of submissions is restricted further — only owners can remove a submission that another member uploaded.
