The Dashboard at /dashboard is the admin landing page for an organization. It surfaces the handful of numbers and rows an owner or admin needs to triage in the morning without having to dig through every list.
Members don’t see the Dashboard — their landing experience is the Gigs page. The Dashboard is gated to roles with canManageOrganization.

What’s on it

Stats strip

A row of high-level counters scoped to your organization:
  • Upcoming gigs — events dated today or later.
  • Completed gigs — events dated yesterday or earlier, including archived events.
Counts update in real time as gigs move through their lifecycle (draft → active → completed).

Upcoming gigs

A paginated card list of the next gigs, three per page. Each card shows:
  • Event title and type
  • Date and start time
  • Venue name
  • Team assignment status (filled vs. open positions)
Click a card to jump to the gig detail page.

Finances card

When the gig-finances feature flag is on and you have View financials access, the Finances card rolls up:
  • Total expected payout across upcoming events
  • Per-event payout breakdown for the gigs on screen
The card pulls totals through the same payout sources as the Payments page, so the two should always agree.
The Finances card is hidden for roles without the View financials capability (e.g. the Gig Coordinator role), even if the flag is on. This matches the access rules on the per-gig payments view.

When to use it

  • First thing in the morning, to see what’s coming up.
  • After a busy week, to confirm completed counts and reconcile finances.
  • Before sending out a batch of invitations, to spot under-staffed gigs.
For day-to-day editing of a gig (positions, attachments, setlist) jump straight into Gigs instead.
