Lead intake gives your org a public booking request form. Prospects submit event details without a Soundcheck login.
Want to use your own form builder, or collect more than booking inquiries (event questionnaires, feedback)? Portal forms connect JotForm or Form.io to Soundcheck and route responses to the right customer or event.

Public intake URL

Lead intake pages use this route:
On Team and Enterprise, copy or open that URL from the Leads pipeline (Open Intake Form / Copy Embed). Free operators cannot open Leads, and organization Comms & intake is Notifications only, so Free has no in-app control that reveals /lead-intake/{organizationId}. Share the link from your website, social profiles, email signature, or booking page when your plan includes Leads.

What prospects submit

The intake form captures what your team needs to decide whether to follow up:
  • Contact name
  • Email and phone
  • Event type
  • Potential date
  • Venue or location details
  • Budget or expected spend
  • Source and notes

After submission

  1. Soundcheck creates a new lead for your organization.
  2. Owners, admins, or gig coordinators review the lead.
  3. Your team updates stage as you follow up.
  4. Qualified leads can be converted to customers and gigs.
Public lead intake creates a lead only. It does not create a booked gig until someone on your team converts it.

Add the intake link wherever people already request bookings.

Review new submissions from Business → Leads (Pipeline).

Update stage and notes after each conversation.

Use Convert to Gig when the inquiry becomes a real booking.
