Lead intake is available on Team and Enterprise plans for organizations with CRM features enabled.
Lead intake gives your organization a public booking request form. Prospects can submit event details without being invited to your Soundcheck workspace.

Public intake URL

Lead intake pages use this route:
/lead-intake/{organizationId}
Share the link from your website, social profiles, email signature, or booking page.

What prospects submit

The intake form captures the information your team needs to decide whether to follow up:
  • Contact name
  • Email and phone
  • Event type
  • Potential date
  • Venue or location details
  • Budget or expected spend
  • Source and notes

After submission

  1. Soundcheck creates a new lead for your organization.
  2. Owners, admins, or gig coordinators review the lead.
  3. Your team updates status as you follow up.
  4. Qualified leads can be converted to customers and gigs.
Public lead intake creates a lead only. It does not create a booked gig until someone on your team converts it.

Share the link

Add the intake link wherever people already request bookings.

Triage new leads

Review new submissions from CRM > Leads.

Follow up

Update status and notes after each conversation.

Convert when ready

Use Convert to Gig when the inquiry becomes a real booking.
