Sponsor intake is available on Team and Enterprise plans for organizations with CRM features enabled.
Sponsor intake gives your organization a public form for potential sponsors. Sponsors can submit interest without being invited to your Soundcheck workspace.

How sponsor intake works

  1. Share your organization’s sponsor intake link.
  2. A sponsor submits their contact details and sponsorship notes.
  3. Soundcheck creates a sponsor request for your organization.
  4. Your team reviews the request and follows up from the sponsor workflow.
The public page lives at:

What sponsors submit

Sponsor intake is designed for early interest, not final financial approval. Use it to collect:
  • Contact name and organization
  • Email and phone
  • Sponsorship interest or notes
  • Event or campaign context when provided

Reviewing submissions

Owners, admins, and gig coordinators can review sponsor records. If a sponsor turns into a financial commitment, owners or admins should create the sponsor commitment so finance visibility stays restricted.
Sponsor intake submissions are separate from sponsor commitments. Commitments represent agreed value and are owner/admin-only.

Best practices

  • Add sponsor intake links to your booking page, website, or email footer.
  • Review new requests regularly.
  • Convert qualified sponsors into sponsor records with clear notes.
  • Track agreed value as sponsor commitments only after terms are confirmed.
