Keep events updated

Accurate calendar = accurate planning:
  • Update times when they change
  • Mark completed events
  • Archive old events you don’t need visible

Use status consistently

The calendar is only helpful if statuses are accurate:
  • Draft for unconfirmed events
  • Confirmed when locked in
  • Complete after the event

Note conflicts early

When you spot potential issues:
  • Double-bookings

  • Busy periods needing extra preparation
Act immediately to resolve or note concerns.
