Contracts are rolling out per organization. If you don’t see contract actions on your gigs, contact support to enable them.
Contract lifecycle
Sending a contract
1
Attach the agreement to a gig
Start from the gig’s contracts area. The contract is tied to the event, so its status sits alongside the rest of the gig record.
2
Add signers
Each signer is a contact with a name and email. Soundcheck tracks each signer’s status individually.
3
Send for signature
Signers receive a SignWell request. The contract moves to Sent.
4
Track to completion
Watch each signer’s progress. When the last required signer completes, the contract is Signed and the executed copy is stored on the gig.
When a signer declines
A decline doesn’t dead-end. The signer is routed back to your organization portal, so you can reach out, adjust the agreement, and resend — keeping the whole negotiation inside Soundcheck instead of scattered across inboxes.Contracts as part of the record
Because contracts live on the gig, an executed agreement is part of the same system of record as who’s playing, who’s working, and what’s owed. It shows up alongside the gig’s run of show and files and its payments.Related
