Soundcheck offers a public booking page feature that allows potential clients to view information about your organization and submit inquiries directly.

What is a public booking page?

A Public Booking Page is a shareable web page for your organization that:
  • Displays your organization’s public information
  • Allows visitors to learn about your services
  • Provides a way to submit booking inquiries
  • Works without requiring visitors to have Soundcheck accounts

How it works

The visitor experience

When someone visits your booking page:
1

They see your organization info

Organization name, description (if provided), and public contact information
2

They can browse information

Services you offer, types of events you handle, and any public details you’ve shared
3

They can submit an inquiry

Fill out a contact form, provide event details, and request a booking

What you receive

When someone submits an inquiry:
  • You’re notified of the new inquiry
