The crew availability calendar gives schedulers a shared view of member availability before building teams or sending offers.
Crew availability is available to owners, admins, and gig coordinators when crew availability features are enabled.

Open the crew calendar

  1. Go to Crew Availability.
  2. Choose a week or month view.
  3. Review member availability and conflicts.

What the calendar shows

BlockMeaning
AvailableA member has marked themselves available
UnavailableA member has marked themselves unavailable
ConflictA member already has an accepted gig during that time
The calendar shows active organization members and their availability blocks for the selected range. Accepted gig conflicts appear so schedulers can avoid double booking.
