The crew availability calendar gives schedulers a shared view of member availability before they build teams or send offers. It’s part of the People workspace.
The crew calendar is available to owners, admins, and gig coordinators when crew availability is enabled for the organization.

Open the crew calendar

  1. Go to Availability → People.
  2. On the Availability tab, choose a week or month view.
  3. Review member availability and booking conflicts.

What the calendar shows

A conflict block reflects a member who is genuinely committed — Soundcheck derives it from accepted offers and invitations, not from raw team membership. When someone accepts staffing for a show, that time is automatically blocked on the crew calendar so no one double-books them. Being listed on a gig’s roster without accepting does not mark them busy.

Week timeline

Use the week timeline for detailed scheduling. Each row is a member, and the blocks show availability or a booking conflict for that range.

Month summary

Use the month view to spot broader patterns — busy dates and possible coverage gaps across the organization.

Range limits

The organization calendar is tuned for scheduling windows and caps very large date ranges. For a longer view, move through the calendar in smaller increments.
