Your Song Library is the foundation of setlist management. It’s your organization’s complete catalog of songs, ready to be added to any setlist.
What is the song library?
The Song Library is a centralized database of all songs your organization can perform. Each song entry includes:

Once a song is in your library, you can add it to unlimited setlists without re-entering the information.

Organizing your library
Naming conventions
Be consistent with titles:
- ✓ “Don’t Stop Believin’”
- ✗ “Dont Stop Believing” or “don’t stop believin”
This helps with searching and prevents duplicates.
- Update durations if arrangements change
- Add new songs when learned
- Remove songs no longer in your repertoire
- Verify media links still work
Regular maintenance
Periodically review your library:
- Archive songs you rarely play
- Update outdated information
- Add missing details
- Refresh broken links
Importing songs
From Spotify (integration)
If your organization has Spotify integration:
- Go to Song Library
- Click Import from Spotify
- Search for albums or tracks
- Select songs to import
- Basic information is pre-filled
You’ll still need to add your arrangement details (key, notes, media links).
Manual bulk import
For large libraries:
- Prepare a spreadsheet with song data
- Contact support for import assistance
- Songs are added to your library in bulk
Best practices
Complete your entries
The more information per song, the more useful your library:
- Always include duration
- Add key for quick reference
- Link resources when available
Use consistent keys
If your band always plays in certain keys, note your arrangement’s key, not necessarily the original.
When you create new charts or find better references, update the links in your library.
Share the work
Multiple admins can add and edit songs. Divide the workload when building your initial library.
