Gig templates and duplication reduce setup time when your gigs follow repeatable patterns.
Gig templates are available to organizations with the gig-templates feature enabled.
Template events are visually marked with the info color in the gig list. They’re excluded from date-based sections (Upcoming, Past), and Notify is hidden on templates — you can’t accidentally page your team about a pattern.

Save a gig as a template

Use Save as template from a gig’s actions menu. Soundcheck creates a reusable template from the current gig. Templates can preserve:
  • Schedule structure
  • Setlists and songs
  • Task phases and tasks
  • Venue and notes
  • Crew invitation structure
  • Financial setup where applicable

Use a template

  1. Open Gigs.
  2. Switch to the Templates tab.
  3. Choose Use template.
  4. Pick a future date and confirm.
Using a template creates a new Draft gig. Review the copied details before publishing.

Duplicate a gig

Use Duplicate gig when you want a new gig based on an existing one. Copied invitations remain pending and unsent. Schedule times are rebased to the new date, and task due dates are omitted when a template is copied.
Always review copied crew, pay, notes, and resources before publishing or sending invitations.

Templates are not task templates

Gig templates are full gig records in a template state. They are different from organization Task Templates, which define reusable checklist/task structures.
