Gig templates are gated by the gig templates feature. If you expect a Templates tab on the Gigs board but don’t see it, contact support. Duplication is always available.
Save a gig as a template
From a gig’s ⋯ actions menu, choose Save as template. Soundcheck creates a reusable template from the current gig, preserving:- Schedule structure
- Setlists and songs
- Task phases and tasks
- Venue and notes
- Crew invitation structure
- Financial setup where applicable
Templates are marked in the gig list and kept out of the date-based sections (Upcoming, Past). Notify is hidden on a template, so you can’t accidentally page your team about a pattern rather than a real show.
Use a template
1
Open the Templates tab
On the Gigs board, switch to Templates.
2
Use template
Pick a template and choose Use template.
3
Pick the date
Choose the new gig’s date and confirm.
4
Review the draft
Using a template creates a new Draft gig. Review the copied crew, setlists, tasks, resources, notes, and payment details before you publish it to Active.
Duplicate a gig
Use Duplicate from a gig’s actions menu when you want a new gig based on an existing one rather than a saved template. Schedule times rebase to the new date, and copied invitations stay unsent until you send them.Templates vs. task templates
Gig templates are full gig records in a template state. They’re different from organization task templates, which define reusable checklist/task structures. See tasks.Related
