Converting leads is available on Team and Enterprise plans for organizations with CRM features enabled.
Use Convert to Gig when a lead becomes a real booking opportunity that should live in your gig workflow.

What conversion creates

Lead conversion connects CRM and gig management in one flow:
  1. A new gig is created from the lead details.
  2. Soundcheck creates or reuses a customer record.
  3. A primary customer contact is created from the lead contact information.
  4. The customer is linked to the new gig.
  5. The lead is marked Completed and stores the created gig and customer references.
Lead conversion produces both a customer relationship and a gig. This keeps your CRM pipeline and booked-work history connected.

Convert a lead

  1. Open CRM > Leads.
  2. Select the lead you want to convert.
  3. Choose Convert to Gig.
  4. Review or update gig details such as title, date, venue, and notes.
  5. Confirm conversion.
After conversion, continue setup from the gig detail page: add crew, setlists, tasks, resources, and payment details as needed.

Customer matching

When possible, Soundcheck reuses an existing customer for the organization using the lead’s contact information. If no matching customer exists, conversion creates a new customer and primary contact.

What does not happen automatically

Conversion does not automatically:
  • Send invitations
  • Notify crew
  • Collect payments
  • Finalize setlists or tasks
Use the normal gig workflow after conversion to finish preparing the event.

Customers

Manage the customer created or reused during conversion.
