The Soundcheck mobile app is the on-the-road companion to the web app. It targets the moments between the desk — getting to load-in, confirming a crew member’s response, glancing at tonight’s setlist, opening an invitation from your inbox.

Who should install it

• Performing members and crew — read tonight’s call sheet, accept invitations, check availability requests.
• Bandleaders on the road — confirm tomorrow’s lineup from soundcheck without opening a laptop.
• Operators staffing live events — push a last-minute call list change from the venue floor.

If you spend most of your time at a desk building gigs, importing leads, or running reports, the web app at app.soundchecklive.io is the better daily driver.

Sign in

The mobile app supports the same sign-in methods as the web app:

• Email + password
• Google
• Apple Sign In (iOS only)

If you already have an account, your existing credentials work — no separate sign-up.

What works on mobile

For pages where mobile is light, you can still view the data on your phone — the editor experiences just live on the web.

Notifications

Push notifications cover the moments the mobile app exists for: someone invited you, your crew responded, a gig you’re staffed for changed. See Push notifications to enable them and pick what you want to hear about.

Offline behavior

Soundcheck caches the gigs and setlists you’ve recently viewed so you can still read them when reception cuts out at the venue. Edits and chat messages queue and sync when the connection comes back. See Offline and sync.
