Sponsor management lives under Business → Leads (Pipeline) on Team and Enterprise plans. There’s no Sponsors sidebar item. On Free, you hit the same Team-plan paywall as Leads. The Sponsors tab won’t load if you’re not entitled.
Sponsors fund events, seasons, festival sets, and other org activity. The sponsor directory keeps relationships, contacts, notes, and commitments in one place.

Open sponsors

  1. In the sidebar, open Business → Leads to reach Pipeline.
  2. Select the Sponsors tab.
  3. Search, filter, create, or edit sponsor records.
The route /sponsors redirects to /leads?tab=sponsors. You always land on Pipeline with the Sponsors tab selected. Owners, admins, and gig coordinators can manage sponsor records. Sponsor commitments are financial records and are limited to owners and admins. Each sponsor record tracks:
  • Sponsor name and status
  • Contact details
  • Relationship notes
  • Public intake submissions
  • Connected commitments
A sponsor commitment is money, goods, or services a sponsor has agreed to provide. Examples:
  • A cash sponsorship for a ticketed night
  • A venue covering production costs
  • An in-kind donation such as gear, food, or lodging
  • A season-level sponsorship tracked across multiple gigs
Sponsor commitments are financial data. Only owners and admins can view or manage commitment records.
