Sponsor management is available on Team and Enterprise plans for organizations with CRM features enabled.
Sponsors help fund events, seasons, showcases, and other organization activity. The sponsor directory keeps sponsor relationships, contacts, notes, and commitments in one place.

Open sponsors

  1. Go to CRM.
  2. Select Sponsors.
  3. Search, filter, create, or edit sponsor records.
Owners, admins, and gig coordinators can manage sponsor records. Sponsor commitments are financial records and are limited to owners and admins. Use sponsor records to track:
  • Sponsor name and status
  • Contact details
  • Relationship notes
  • Public intake submissions
  • Connected commitments
A sponsor commitment represents money, goods, or services promised by a sponsor. Examples:
  • A cash sponsorship for a showcase
  • A venue covering production costs
  • An in-kind donation such as gear, food, or lodging
  • A season-level sponsorship tracked across multiple gigs
Sponsor commitments are financial data. Only owners and admins can view or manage commitment records.
