E-sign beta is in Private Preview, available only to the existing beta tester group. White-label contract branding also requires the Pro-or-above branding entitlement and configuration for your organization. Signing up, upgrading, contacting support, or viewing a public demo does not grant E-sign access.
What branding covers
For an eligible, configured organization, the signing experience can use your logo and colors. A configured sender name and authenticated email domain can identify the request as coming from your company. Without the required branding configuration, requests use Soundcheck’s default identity. Branding does not change the signing workflow: the current web flow sends a PDF agreement to one client signer, the linked customer’s primary contact.Setup for existing testers

Confirm your existing configuration
Existing E-sign testers can ask their Soundcheck contact to check their organization’s branding entitlement and setup. This is a configuration check within the existing tester group, not an application for beta access.

Provide brand assets
Supply the logo and colors to use in the signing experience.

Verify a custom sending domain if needed
If your configuration uses your own From address, complete the domain authentication requested by the Soundcheck team.

Review a branded request
Confirm the client-facing identity and follow the normal contract workflow.
If the required white-label entitlement is no longer active, requests use Soundcheck’s default branding. The organization’s existing branding settings are retained.
