What it covers
For the step-by-step workflow, see Production companies.
Who it is for
- Production companies and AV crews running corporate events, concerts, festivals, and private events
- Entertainment agencies that staff production for their own shows
- Tour managers and roster-based crews who run gigs the same way
Who it is not for
- Warehouse-first rental shops. Soundcheck records which of your items are assigned to a gig and when they are returned. It is not a barcode, warehouse, or rental-pricing system.
- Temp-staffing marketplaces. Soundcheck works from your organization’s roster.
Limits to account for
- Plans and enabled features matter. Inventory, crew availability, and crew offers depend on your plan and on features enabled for your organization. Check the feature comparison.
- Offerings and the storefront are early access. They roll out by organization. See Offerings.
- No native rental-system connector. Bring data in through Imports.
CheckAI, Chat, and E-sign are Private Preview, available only to the existing beta tester group. Signup, paid plans, upgrades, support contact, and public demos do not grant access. Nothing on this page requires them.
