What it does
- Sections and cues. Group songs, announcements, breaks, and notes into named sections. Each item can carry timing, notes, and attachments.
- Multi-day gigs. Day chips show one day at a time; PDF export groups sections under day headings.
- Bulk edits. Shift times, duplicate, move, or delete several items at once.
- Autosave and conflict handling. Edits save as you go. If someone else changed the run of show, Soundcheck offers to merge your edits.
- Templates. Save the shape of a night you repeat and apply it to a new gig.
- Export. Download the run of show as a PDF, alongside day sheets and advance packets from the gig export hub.
- Mobile. Crew can read the run of show in the iOS and Android apps.
Run of Show is rolling out by organization. Where it is not enabled yet, a gig has the simpler day-of timeline. See Run of Show.
