Day 0: Pick your surface
- Web — app.soundchecklive.io. Best for building gigs, importing data, CRM work, and configuring your org. The daily driver for admins.
- Mobile — install on iOS or Android. Best for accepting invitations, reading setlists at the venue, chat, and on-the-road responses.

Day 7: Live in the flow
Now that data is flowing, make Home and the inbox part of your routine.- Home — check the greeting, at-a-glance stats, recent activity, and (on Pro+) finance roll-ups each morning.
- Mailbox — respond to invitations, crew offers, and availability from one inbox. Admins also get the org-wide Mailbox at
/org-engagements.
