Seats
Seats are the hard limit on how many people can be in your org. Active members and pending invitations both count.
*Some organizations have a custom seat limit that overrides the tier number. See Seat limits.

Payments requires a Pro or higher plan and a financial connection enabled for your organization (set up under Connections). Finance roll-ups and payout figures are only visible to roles with financial access: Owner and Admin, not Gig Coordinator.
CRM & sales (Team and above)
Lead tracking (
/leads) requires Team or Enterprise. Customer and venue directories are Team entitlements but may stay out of the sidebar until crew availability & offers is enabled for your org. Sponsor records exist in CRM but are not a sidebar item.Private Preview and client portal
Ordinary gig attachments remain part of the file workflow shown above. Uploading a PDF does not send it for signature or enable AI ingestion. External MCP clients have separate authentication and available tools; connecting one does not grant CheckAI preview access.
