The Free plan is always free with no trial period needed. You can upgrade to Pro or Team anytime to access additional features.

What's the difference between Pro and Team?
Team includes everything in Pro plus lead tracking, multiple admin seats, API access, and priority support. It’s designed for larger organizations or those with business development needs.

Yes! Annual billing saves you money compared to monthly payments. Switch to annual in your subscription settings.
Upgrading & Downgrading

Go to Settings → Subscription, select your desired plan, and complete payment. Features unlock immediately.

Yes. Go to subscription settings and select a lower tier. The change takes effect at your next billing cycle, and you’ll retain access to current features until then.

Your data is preserved. Features specific to higher tiers become read-only (e.g., you can view existing call lists but not create new ones on Free).

Yes! You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Only Organization Owners can access and modify billing information.

Go to Settings → Billing, click on payment method, and enter your new card details.
Can I get a receipt for my payment?

Yes. Receipts are automatically emailed after each payment. You can also download past invoices from the Billing section.

We’ll notify you and retry the payment. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be downgraded to Free after a grace period.

Yes. Monthly plans cancel with no commitment. Annual plans continue through the paid term.

No. Canceling downgrades you to the Free plan, and all your data is preserved. Premium features become read-only.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. For annual plans, contact support within 14 days of purchase for refund eligibility.
