Go to Organization Settings → Members, click Invite Member, enter their email, select their role, and send the invitation.

Yes! Use External Contact when assigning. Enter their name and email—they’ll receive invitations via email and can respond without creating an account.

Organization invitations don’t expire. Gig invitations remain active until the gig date passes or until you revoke them.

Yes. Go to pending invitations, find the person, and click Resend. You can also revoke and create a new invitation.

Open the gig, go to the Team section, add positions, then select members for each position. They’ll receive an invitation notification.

You’re notified of the decline, and the position shows as unfilled. If you set a backup assignee (call order 2+), they may be notified automatically.

Yes! A team member can hold multiple positions on the same gig (e.g., Lead Vocals and Guitar).

- Admin: Can manage gigs, teams, setlists, and members
- Member: Can view assigned gigs and respond to invitations

Go to Organization Settings → Members, find the person, click to edit, change their role, and save. Note: Only Owners can change Admin roles.
Can I have multiple Owners?
Can I have multiple Owners?
No, each organization has exactly one Owner. You can have multiple Admins with similar permissions, except for billing and ownership transfer.
