Assigning to Gigs

Positions & Call Lists

Go to TeamsPositions and click + Add Position. Enter the position name and optional description.
Call lists are saved team configurations with priority ordering (call order) that you can apply to new gigs with one click. Define primary members and backups for each position. Available on Pro and Team plans.
Navigate to TeamsCall Lists, click + Create Call List, add positions, assign primary and backup members with call order, and save. Full guide
