What Soundcheck is

Soundcheck is a gig management platform for musicians, bands, and entertainment professionals. It helps you manage events, coordinate teams, build setlists, and track business leads — all in one place. See the platform tour.

Account creation

Visit app.soundchecklive.io, tap Sign up, choose email + password, Google, or Apple (iOS), and follow the prompts. See Signup and organization setup for the full walkthrough.
When you sign up, you get a personal workspace by default. You can create additional organizations for bands or businesses, and be a member of multiple organizations.

Joining an organization

You’ll need an invitation from an organization Owner or Admin. Once invited, you’ll receive an email with a link to accept and join. See Invitations.
Click the organization name in the navigation to see all organizations you belong to, then select the one you want to switch to.
