Billing
Owners manage the subscription from Settings → Subscription: change plans, update payment methods, view history, and download invoices.Upgrading and downgrading
- Upgrading is immediate — data is preserved and new features unlock right away.
- Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. Features above your new tier become inaccessible, and data above the tier may become read-only (e.g. existing leads remain visible but you can’t create new ones without the tier that includes CRM).
