From a solo performer to an entertainment company running multiple acts, there’s a plan for every stage. Every plan includes core gig management and setlists; higher tiers add call lists, finance roll-ups, CRM, and more seats.

Plan overview

Seats count active members and pending invitations. When you reach your limit, further invitations are blocked until you free up seats or upgrade. Some organizations have a custom seat limit that overrides their tier. See Seat limits.

Choosing a plan

Not sure? Start on Free, then upgrade the moment you hit a seat limit or want call lists. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Billing

Owners manage the subscription from Settings → Subscription: change plans, update payment methods, view history, and download invoices.

Upgrading and downgrading

  • Upgrading is immediate — data is preserved and new features unlock right away.
  • Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle. Features above your new tier become inaccessible, and data above the tier may become read-only (e.g. existing leads remain visible but you can’t create new ones without the tier that includes CRM).
If a downgrade puts you over the new tier’s seat limit, you won’t be able to invite new members until you’re back under the cap.

FAQ
