Calendar feed subscriptions let you view your Soundcheck gigs in an external calendar app.

Open calendar sync

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Find Calendar sync.
  3. Generate your calendar feed.
  4. Copy the subscription link or choose a calendar app shortcut.

How the feed works

Soundcheck creates a private per-user iCal feed:
/api/v1/calendar/feed/{token}.ics
The token is a secret URL. Anyone with the URL can read the events in that feed, so treat it like a password.
Do not post your calendar feed URL publicly. Rotate the feed token if it was shared by mistake.

Subscribe from Apple Calendar

Use the Apple Calendar button when available, or copy the webcal:// URL and add it as a subscribed calendar.

Subscribe from Google Calendar

Use the Google Calendar button or add the copied URL from Google Calendar’s From URL option. Google controls how often subscribed feeds refresh.

Subscribe from Outlook

Use Outlook’s Add calendar from web flow and paste the feed URL.

Rotate your feed

Rotate the token if:
  • The URL was shared with the wrong person
  • You no longer trust a device or calendar app
  • You want to reset external access
After rotating, update each external calendar with the new URL.

What appears in the feed

The feed includes your gig events based on your Soundcheck access. It is a gig calendar feed, not an availability feed.
