# Subscription plans

> Flexible tiers from solo musicians to entertainment companies — features, seat limits, and how to choose.

From a solo performer to an entertainment company running multiple acts, there's a plan for every stage. Every plan includes core gig management and setlists; higher tiers add call lists, finance roll-ups, CRM, and more seats.

## Choosing a plan

| Your situation                     | Recommended plan |
| ---------------------------------- | ---------------- |
| Just starting / testing            | Free             |
| Regular solo gigs or a set lineup | Pro |
| Multiple people managing, or leads | Team |
| Many acts, custom branding, scale | Enterprise |

<Tip>
  Not sure? Start on **Free**, then upgrade the moment you hit a seat limit or want call lists. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
</Tip>

***

## Billing

Owners manage the subscription from **Settings → Subscription**: change plans, update payment methods, view history, and download invoices.

### Upgrading and downgrading

* **Upgrading** is immediate — data is preserved and new features unlock right away.
* **Downgrading** takes effect at the next billing cycle. Features above your new tier become inaccessible, and data above the tier may become read-only (e.g. existing leads remain visible but you can't create new ones without the tier that includes CRM).

<Warning>
  If a downgrade puts you over the new tier's seat limit, you won't be able to invite new members until you're back under the cap.
</Warning>

## FAQ

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Do all members need their own subscription?">
    No — the subscription is per-organization. Members access features based on the org's plan.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Is there a limit on the number of gigs?">
    No. Plans limit **seats** and **features**, not the number of gigs you create.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="What counts against my seat limit?">
    Active members and pending invitations both count. Revoking a stale invitation frees a seat.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can my org have a custom seat limit?">
    Yes — some organizations have a per-org limit that overrides the tier number. Your Members tab always shows the limit that applies to you.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Can I switch plans mid-cycle?">
    Yes. Upgrades are immediate; downgrades take effect at the next cycle.
