# Google Drive & Dropbox

> Bring gig files in from Google Drive or Dropbox as a folder that stays in sync (coming soon).

Once available, you'll connect Google Drive or Dropbox so stage plots, riders, and run sheets you already keep in the cloud can land in Soundcheck without re-uploading them by hand.

## Connect a provider

    Go to **Settings → Connections → Integrations** and find the **Google Drive** or **Dropbox** card, under **Storage**.

    Click **Connect Google Drive** or **Connect Dropbox**. Soundcheck sends you to the provider's authorization page.

    Sign in and approve access to the account you want to connect.

  <Step title="Browse and import">
    Back in Soundcheck, browse your connected account's folders directly on the card.

You can connect Google Drive and Dropbox independently, and reconnect or disconnect each one on its own.

## Bring files in two ways

Once a provider is connected, browse its folders on the Integrations card and choose how a file or folder comes in:

* **Import a single file.** Click **Import file** on any file. It becomes available in **Assets** and the gig attachment picker right away.
* **Keep a folder synced.** Open a folder and click **Sync this folder**. Soundcheck checks that folder for new and changed files on an ongoing basis and adds them to Assets automatically. Select subfolders separately if you want them synced too.

Folders you've set to sync appear in a **Synced folders** list, where you can trigger **Sync now** to check immediately, or **Stop sync** to remove a folder from the list. Deleting a file at the source keeps the copy Soundcheck already imported.

## One-time picks during import

Separately, the spreadsheet import wizard at **Settings → Data & knowledge → Imports** has its own **Bring files from the cloud** option, with **Google Drive** and **Dropbox** buttons. This opens each provider's native file picker for a single pick: Soundcheck reads only the file you choose there and keeps no ongoing access. It's unrelated to the persistent connection above. Use it when you just need one spreadsheet for an import, not when you want files to keep flowing in.

## Disconnect

Click **Disconnect** on a provider's card to remove Soundcheck's access. Files already imported into Assets stay in Soundcheck; syncing for that provider stops.
