# Mobile app overview

> How the Soundcheck mobile app is laid out — the four tabs, what every account gets, and what your organization can turn on.

The Soundcheck mobile app is the on-the-road companion to the web app. It's built for the moments **between** the desk — getting to load-in, confirming a crew response, glancing at tonight's setlist, opening an invitation from your inbox.

<Note>
  The mobile and web apps share the same data and the same login. Sign in once on each and your gigs, crew, and inbox show up in both places.
</Note>

## Who it's for

* **Performing members and crew** — read tonight's details, accept invitations, answer availability checks.
* **Bandleaders and coordinators on the road** — confirm tomorrow's lineup and push a change from the venue floor.

If you spend most of your time building gigs, importing leads, or running finances, the **web app** at [app.soundchecklive.io](https://app.soundchecklive.io) is the better daily driver — some editor-heavy work lives there.

## The four tabs

The app is organized into a bottom navigation bar with up to four tabs:

| Tab        | What's there                                                                            |
| ---------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Gigs** | Your events. Open any gig to see its core details. Always available. |
| **Inbox** | **My Mailbox** — invitations, crew offers, and availability checks — plus availability. |
| **Browse** | Your organization's modules: setlists, songs, CRM, teams, tasks, files, and more. |
| **You** | Your profile, and personal and organization settings. |

<Info>
  The **Gigs** tab is always present. **Inbox**, **Browse**, and **You** appear when they have something to show — if every item inside a tab is turned off for your organization, that tab is hidden to keep the app uncluttered.
</Info>

## What every account gets

These work for everyone, no configuration required:

* **The Gigs tab** — browse your gigs and open any one to read its core details.
* **My Mailbox** — invitations, crew offers, and availability checks land here, and you respond right from the list. This is the heart of the mobile experience. See [Mailbox](/features/engagements/overview).
* **Your profile** — under the **You** tab.

## What your organization can turn on

Most modules beyond the essentials above are enabled per organization by your admins (through feature flags). If you don't see one, it simply isn't switched on for your team — it's not a bug. Commonly enabled modules include:

* **My Availability** and, for coordinators, the crew **People**/availability views
* **Setlists** and the **song library**
* **CRM** — customers, venues, sponsors, leads, inventory
* **Teams**, **tasks**, and **files**
* **Payments**, the **dashboard**, and org **settings**
* Richer gig sections — schedule editing, finances and payments, checklists, admin notes, and custom sections — on a gig's detail screen

<Tip>
  Want a module you can't see on mobile? Ask an owner or admin to enable it for your organization, or use the web app, which has the fullest feature set.
</Tip>

## Sign in

The app supports the same sign-in methods as the web app:

* Email + password
* Google
* Apple Sign In (iOS only)

Your existing account works — there's no separate mobile sign-up. If you belong to multiple organizations, you pick which one to open and can switch later from the **You** tab.

## Notifications, offline, and sync

* **Push notifications** put time-sensitive events on your lock screen — a new invitation, a crew response, an availability check. See [Push notifications](/features/mobile/push-notifications).
* **Offline** — the app keeps you signed in and caches recently viewed gigs and setlists so you can still read them when venue reception drops. See [Offline and sync](/features/mobile/offline-and-sync).
